If you answered true to all ten questions, you’re making the right move. Any less than that, you might want to rethink your decision. Just like any job, cake design can be stressful and feel more like work than play. It is a great medium, though, and a wonderful creative outlet. And when it comes down to it, I love what I do, any way you (ahem) slice it.

Wow! I just dont know about all nighters!! I'll have to see! I've certainly had a very short nights sleep though. Thanks for the reality check though….
I say YES to all! Nothing makes me happier than baking all night, when all is quiet and it's just me and loud music. Sadly I only get to do this a few times a year (for close friends/family members since I don't have a business and don't charge anything–and making multi-tier fondant cakes is muy expensive!). If I didn't have a mortgage, I'd do this all the time.
