I could go on and on about how we came to this decision and why, and I probably will at some point, but for now I just want to officially announce that we are moving back to the east coast on August 25th. I will greatly miss my friends and colleagues here in California, but I’m also excited to be near my family and lifelong friends back home. We’ll be setting up shop somewhere around New Haven, Connecticut.

Over the next few months, as I establish my business in our new location, I’ll be working on a few special projects, getting organized, and blogging. Lots and lots of blogging. I look forward to sharing this next chapter with you.
Well, we're allll the way down here in the south (FL and SC to be exact) but we'd love to say welcome back to the East Coast! I can't wait to see how this part of the world inspires you.

Darn! I was hoping to sign up for classes. California's loss is NY's gain:-( Oh well, I guess I will just have to travel to NY! Safe travels and I look forward to seeing new cake designs from your inspirations around NY.

Very sad that you're moving, but happy for you. I was just finally at the point that I might have been able to come and take some classes with you since I finish my full time job next week! Oh well! I'll look out for you at one of those cake convention thingys in the future!
That's wonderful news! I'm just so sad I never signed up for a class. I'm sure your going to be equally successful out in NY, if not more.
