This one-day course is designed for students of all levels who want to improve their fondant skills. In this class, students learn the tools, tips, and techniques used by professionals to give their cakes a flawless finish. Students will practice covering both real and faux cakes with fondant, and learn ruffles, bows, flowers, and more. Light refreshments provided. Limited to six students. Includes all materials.
