Tier III: Wedding Cake Workshop

Nothing compares to the classic elegance and grace of the wedding cake. In this course, students design and create a three-tier wedding cake. Includes advanced fondant and gumpaste work. Note: Students will be required to bring un-iced cakes to classes 3 and 4. Four three-hour sessions. Total of twelve hours of instruction. Limited to ten students.
