The Best Guacamole Recipe – 2024 Guide

Mmmm…fresh avocados. The creamy fruit is a popular snack, a delicious topping for tacos and a no-brainer addition to a salsa. But the most delicious guacamole recipe comes from the young lady that taught me everything I know about cooking. Some people like it ‘thick’, some prefer it ‘saucy’, some like it ‘sour’. The point is: everyone’s taste buds are different.

You may have seen hundreds of recipes on the web for making guacamole before, but do you know which one is the best?

Packed with a blend of garlic, onions, and peppers that make the perfect base for fresh avocado, this guacamole recipe is guaranteed to become your new favorite dip!

Guacamole is my favorite sauce! I like the simplicity. You need to use the freshest ingredients to ensure the right taste. I learned this process at a local restaurant and wanted to share it with my cooks.

To keep it as authentic as possible, I use molcaheto for this recipe. It’s a mortar and pestle. This will give your guacamole the best flavor. This is absolutely the best tool for chopping herbs and ingredients. I highly recommend adding it to your kitchen inventory.

If you choose an avocado for guacamole, make sure it’s ripe. Press gently. If it loosens up a little, it’s ready to use. Ripe avocados have a creamy flesh that is delicious in this recipe.

I prefer guacamole with a coarse texture. So I use a masher to mash the avocado instead of making a paste. But consistency is entirely up to you. Make it the way you like it: creamy or smooth.

Watery guacamole is really bad! Remember to remove the seeds from the tomatoes and rub them dry before dicing them and adding them to the mixture. Check out my method in the manual.

Have some tortillas or flatbread and enjoy!

Enjoy your meal,
